Every chef knows that the right cooking temperature is critical to a successful outcome. In a standard household oven, adjusting the temperature is easy and automatic.

In contrast, determining and monitoring the exact temperature in a pizza oven or grill is much more challenging. The solution is here! We have the answer to achieving the desired temperature. Our digital infrared thermometer tells you exactly the temperature of the grill or pizza oven, and with this information you can adjust the heat to the exact level you want. Measuring is easy. You aim the meter's laser pointer at the object from a short distance and pull the trigger. The digital display tells you the exact temperature of the object. The distance to the object determines the area from which the temperature is read, with a ratio of 12:1. The laser pointer turns off automatically after seven seconds. The infrared thermometer's measuring range is from -50 degrees to 530 degrees. So you can measure both cold and hot temperatures with this versatile and accurate infrared thermometer.
