At our checkout you can choose the delivery method for your products
Free delivery: We will deliver the products to you using the delivery method of our choice, depending on the product either to your doorstep or to your nearest parcel point.
Pickup: Select this if you want to pick up the product from us in Joensuu or Kontiolahti. We will then contact you to agree on a time.
(Excluding fireworks products in the product group, which can ONLY be picked up from Salpakatu 6, JOENSUU, between 27.12.-31.12., during the opening hours of the point of sale. See the fireworks delivery terms and conditions below for more information.)
Unless otherwise stated, all our products ALWAYS have FREE DELIVERY.*
*Delivery costs are included in the prices in mainland Finland, to the parcel pickup point or to your door, depending on the product. Deliveries to Åland, the Turku archipelago or a country other than Finland are subject to an additional charge, ask for the freight price!
If you refuse to receive the product or fail to pick up the product without a valid reason, the product will be returned to the sender. This is not considered a return under the right of return and in such a situation we reserve the right to charge the customer the costs of return and possible re-sending, as well as 20 euros for investigation costs. In such a case, the price of the product will be refunded less the aforementioned costs.
If you notice a defect when receiving the product, contact us immediately. If the product is clearly damaged (transport damage), refuse to receive the product, in which case the product will be returned to the sender. Please also inform us immediately.
Most of our products are shipped from our wholesale warehouse in Denmark. Delivery time is usually approx. 1 week. In this case, the sender of the product is NSH Nordic.
Kontio Motors products are delivered either from our own warehouse or from the importer's warehouse and their delivery time is 2-3 days if the product is immediately available in stock.
If the delivery time differs from what we have stated, we will inform you about it in the product information and/or by email and/or text message.
If you wish, you can confirm the delivery time before placing the order by calling or emailing.
All prices include delivery costs to the nearest Matkahuolto, post office or DB Schenker pick-up point or directly to your home, depending on the product. Parcel goods are delivered to the pick-up point, large products (pallet delivery) to your door.
If you have special wishes regarding delivery, please contact us at the ordering stage, we always try to take your wishes into account where possible.
The goods can usually be picked up from the office within a week of their arrival. You will be notified of the arrival of the products by email or telephone. The transport company may also attempt to deliver to the address, even if home delivery is not specifically mentioned in the product information.
We are also happy to provide additional information on delivery-related matters, every day of the year.

Product group fireworks delivery and order terms (available to order from 11.12. - 21.12.).
By ordering fireworks in our online store, you accept these terms:
Ordering in advance takes place in our online store. The only possible delivery method for fireworks is PICKUP from Salpakatu 6, JOENSUU (Karjalan pultti), between 27.12.-31.12.
Products cannot be ordered and will not be handed over to persons under the age of 18 or intoxicated persons. Be prepared to present an ID card and the order confirmation or order number you received when picking up the order.
The product is sold at the moment the product is picked up from the pick-up point
Orders have a 14-day right of cancellation in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing by email: info@kotipihaan.fi or by phone 0503036480.
In the event of cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable amount of possible freight and packaging costs if the product has been packed before the order is canceled.
Failure to pick up an order without notification of cancellation does not constitute cancellation of the order under the Consumer Protection Act.
Once the order has been checked and picked up from the pick-up point by the customer, the right to return is only available for defective products. Any defective products will always be refunded in full.
