Kontio Kruiser Long Range: a two-seater electric vehicle for long journeys The Kontio Kruiser Long Range is a high-end two-seater lightweight electric vehicle designed to offer an exceptionally long range on a single charge. Equipped with two powerful lithium-ion batteries, the Long Range offers a practical and efficient mobility option for everyone, but is particularly ideal for those who need a reliable vehicle for long journeys. Long-range power and comfort The Long Range’s all-electric engine and selectable battery configurations enable a range of 75–120* kilometers on a single charge, depending on the battery you choose. This makes the Long Range the perfect choice for both city driving and longer journeys, offering reliability and comfort in all situations. *Range may vary significantly depending on, among other things, the driver's driving style, charging frequency, outside temperature, weather conditions, hilliness and surface of the terrain, use of lights or other electrical devices while driving, tire pressure, weight of passengers and load, and whether the battery is cold. For these reasons, the actual range may differ significantly from the range we tested, downwards, but also to some extent upwards. The range on a single charge decreases as the battery is charged more often. The range has been measured for a 90 kg driver in varying early autumn conditions on the paved streets and cycle paths of Kouvola under real operating conditions. The route has included many stops and hills. The result has been calculated based on several different test drives, from which the lowest achieved range has been selected and rounded down to even kilometers.
